Our story
CLOSSER began as Mommy's Garden, a brand Ardiana Sladojević started in 2016 in a small workroom in Zagreb. There was no shop window, just a cutting table, rolls of fabric and a lot of creative mess. Women found their way there anyway. They came for a dress that fit like it was made for them, and often it was. Then they came back, and brought their friends. Over the years, those clothes outgrew the name. They became a point of view, an attitude, a way of dressing.
In 2026, Dina was joined by Nataša Kapov-Kostovski, a longtime customer who saw in these clothes something more than clothing. Together they decided it was time to open a new chapter, and CLOSSER opened its doors: a new name, a new space, and the same soul, only more clearly defined.
CLOSSER combines two words, closer and clothing store. The double S is not a mistake. It is our signature. CLOSSER means being closer to you, the woman who wears our clothes. It means being closer to a community of women who share the same attitude. And it means being closer to the clothes themselves, pieces that fit like a second skin.
At the heart of the brand is one simple belief: you wear the clothes, the clothes don't wear you. We don't design for trends. We design for women who know what suits them and buy with intention. The same dress works with heels or sandals, at the office or over coffee by the sea, depending on who you want to be that day. We design for every size, without compromise, without apology, and without paying extra for your own body.
Every piece is designed in our creative studio in Zagreb and sewn in small local workshops across Croatia. Fabrics and trims come from local suppliers, so everyone in the process shares in what we make. We work with natural materials, mostly cotton, silk, viscose and wool. We keep reworking each piece until it is exactly right, which is why it lasts season after season.
In our showroom, there is no rush. Through conversation and fittings, we help you find the piece that fits your body and your life. When needed, we adjust the small details, like a shorter sleeve or a different waistline, until it feels made just for you. Clothes should adapt to you, not the other way around.
CLOSSER is for the woman who doesn't need clothes to tell her who she is. She already knows.
